Put customer's lives at risk.
Do not use STBB Claremont, They have literally put our lives at risk due to the absolute apathy towards a paying customer's plight. If you are being represented by this firm you will find yourself in worse trouble than whatever brought you to them. We are sitting in a house that is about to fall down and they have now delayed the transfer of our new home which has put us 3 months over the date that transfer was meant to take place. Covid is surging in Western Cape, putting us in danger of another lockdown and we will end up stuck in this death trap. Stay away from this firm, once they have been paid they will drop you. The lawyer in question's name is Martine. Will sell you the world and deliver nothing.

Martine is the director of that branch. I warned you that we would be sitting in lockdown with further delays putting our lives at further risk and here we are. Level 3 lockdown and the deeds office have massive delays. You clearly care very little for the wellbeing of your clients.
