Please do not have your property transferred with this company

Good morning all professional people,

I would like to know the formal procedure to lodge a complaint and open a case into the property I purchased. I was conned into buying a property where the electrical compliance was issued without the contractor even being on site _ I have the voice recording from the electrician himself verifying this. I have pictures of the wires being live on the ground endangering my family.

The seller does not take any liability for the safety of my family and has advised his attorney Refqah at STTB that I should have brought it up at the sale. I was not aware of this in any way and these attorneys and sellers have *****ed me into buying the property with the defects they were well aware of.

The seller stayed in the home two weeks before I was handed the keys and he was in contact with the **** for 22 years - we called her and told us of the defects taht already existed.

I was not advised of the irrigation system working and the intercom but I paid for it. The attorneys got paid, the estate agent got paid and the seller got paid and now they say no liability.

This is clearly a matter of ***** and dupping people into thinking all is working - the estate agent sent people to get quotes to have this repaired but the seller refuses.

Do I open a case of ***** as i was conned into buying a 3.7 million rand property because i didnt know to go with a tick sheet and check every signle thing that should have been repaired on transfer.

Currently there is no power to the irrigation system and the intercom - is that supposed to be included as part of electrical compliance or not?

I hope there is someone out there that can please help me
