Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a property transfer at Stbb

The purchaser insisted on using this conveyancer in an effort of an efficient transaction however this process has stalled me from July to date. 5 months to get a property transferred?!. Poor

They work at their own pace and take their time to attend to the file with no sense or customer service in mind.

First their lodgement template to the deeds office was wrong, then due to that the rates certificate expired and now they're attending to that.

I mean how does such a big firm who specializes in transfers not know what's the expectation at the deeds office.

You'll further struggle to get ahold of your conveyancer and when you do the response you get is ridiculous....
