NEVER use STBB CLAREMONT for a Property Transfer!!! They are a ******* attorney firm that belongs in the garbage bin!

This is by far the WORST attorney firm that I have ever dealt with! I would give them a negative rating if it were possible. If only I had checked the Hello Peter reviews before deciding to use their services. I was encouraged by the secretary of RAWSON Properties to use STBB Claremont for the transferral of the property I sold. Heeding her advice was the biggest mistake I could've made. The STBB attorney associates are highly *********** and unprofessional. On many an occasion, they failed to communicate effectively with me as a paying client. Instead, they prioritized the buyer's interests over mine. On more than one occasion - they left me "hanging" for a long time without even letting me know what was going on with the transfer. My partner and I had to keep calling and emailing to try and get some answers. My partner even had to pay them a visit at their office a visit to demand answers. Whilst he was at the office, the attorney associate that was handling our matter had the nerve to flirt with him in the office! Dealing with STBB was nothing but a frustrating, time-wasting exercise. It was beyond RIDICULOUS! I was happier to be done dealing with them than what I was to have received my money (from the property that I sold).
