hopeless ,clueless , inept. ' amoungst the multitude of persons on the job ,they couldn't even conclude the final tally of all costs despite specifically asking and requiring them to do so. taking instructions is not a strong point at all.

.one "person is clueless on what the other is doing ,and infact question you if they even the correct company dealing with your transfer?? . the arrogance and ineptitude rises to a new level when one expects the IQ to be of a level that they dont need to be ****fed . failing all this and finalizing our bill it appears they "forgot "to add their costs and with no recourse for their stupidity file the account a day later with their collections attorneys on amounts not even valid. be aware these amateurs will mess u around and ***** up your deal. buyer be aware !!
