Its really just been a confusing experience dealing with these people. With the assumption that policy and previously discussed and contracted agreements would provide ease and clarity for all involved in the transaction, the opposite is true with this STBB. With mistakes being made on their side, they are clearly still confused about despite actual bank statements which provide proof of our payment history. They are now on the level of harassment and this is as a result of their own incompetence. They have also childishly engaged in trash talk with the seller about our transaction. All our agreements were made between the buyer and seller all of which are on record, yet still we are being questioned repeatedly regarding payments that were made and are easily verifiable - so this is all very annoying and odd. There were issues with the seller which we were not made aware of prior to the sale which has caused major delays and was also very unfair. We request a top level manager to reach out to us to resolve this matter.
