Delay in transfer of property

I bought a property and paid cash for it. Today 3 weeks after lodgement of transfer at deeds office I was informed via email by stbb that there was an error and the deeds office rejected the registration of transfer. The email also stated that their client the seller can only vacate the property on 01 July 2015 and that they will be all means try to make transfer happen on this date. I am very disappointed because I've signed deeds of sale on 09 March 2015 and paid their fees and the full property price on 02 April 2015 and It looks like this cash purchase is dragging the because their client the seller has not found alternative accommodation yet. Their propety has been on the market since December 2014 and the first sale did not go through. According to my knowledge a cash purchase was suppose to take between 6 to 8 weeks bur since the day we signed at their offices their clients the sellers have been delaying the property transfer. I am currently busy with my attorney to look at what the next step will be. Their delaying tactics is costing me alot of money as I have to pay rent and storage for furniture. Plz don't ever use this law firm when buying a property. Disgusted by them..
