Completely Unacceptable Service!!!
Absolutely terrible...
We bought a house in 2019 and are still to date waiting for them to forward flysheets in order to register the bond. When we do call, they either don't answer or make stupid excuses that doesn't evens make sense to them. We went to the office and Wafeeqah Petersen hides herself.
We were told we can only have the needed documentation from level 2 onward. However, level 1 started on Monday, but now the excuse is they need to evict the people before they can send necessary docs. Complete lies.
Due to them we are sitting without a house and are forced to make alternative arrangement with money we don't have when we have a house that we paid for,
This is completely unacceptable.
