Complaint

<p>Transfer of Erf 2183 Ezibeleni was received by Anneke Goosen on 22.06.2016@14:43 pm.</p> <p>I requested partial payment due to lack of funds to N edbank mfc for my vehicle.</p> <p>Anneke Goosen requestd Mr & Ms Matiwane to sign agreement for payment in August after I had paid up municipality rates as per her instrustion.</p> <p>I reminded her about my partial payment in November 29. Her response was she does not have my money in files. I t is for buyers. </p> <p>After some arguments with her she called Mr & Ms Matiwane again to sign agreement fot partial payment which we agreed that it should at least be half the total purhase amount.</p> <p>Unfortunately her last response is that she is unable to advance any funds due to technical issues which she did not mention. I feel this is maltreatment and abuse to me as a client.</p>
