Complain Please assist

I have spoken to Mr Jonker, he said that we are not allowed to pay the money back. We will however, if there is a difference in the fees between the first bond and second bond, we will refund that.

Due to the explained circumstances below, may I kindly have the money I deposited to you for costs. I did my own check on the value of the houses sold in Alice and there is no way I can get the R80.000 deposit required. You can verify this with Danie and see what information he has on the value of the houses that side.

I am advised by my financial advisor to go with the option of closing some debts/accounts to work on my credit score. When this is done I will be at a better position of getting a better amount from housing loans/grant closer to the asking price of the house if not 100% then reapply.

In the mist of everything I still need to pay rent. ( not your problem I know, just painting the picture of how in a tight corner I am in)
