Below par service - would not recommend

Horrible service received - would definitely not recommend. There was a lot of miscommunication internally, with us and with the transferring attorneys about who would be handling the process from a STBB perspective as well as what the status update was. STBB stretched the process of registering our home by ignoring mails and not taking calls. Two weeks later, we finally got a response after reaching one of the Directors who was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. Many mistakes and errors were made throughout the process, causing a lot of frustration. Our documentation that was meant to be sent to the JHB deeds office ended up in Cape Town a day before the 2021 lodgment deadline which then needed to be sent back so that we could lodge and register in 2021. As first time home buyers, this was definitely not the ideal experience. The correspondence with STBB added a lot of unnecessary stress and displeasure.
