Bad Service received

Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes are the transferring attorneys on my dad's estate. They got paid approx. R18000 from the Estate for costs - included in that amount is the concession that the Executors Old Mutual Trust & themselves awarded to my mother, as she is a pensioner. She however saw approx. R300 of that concession money. The property has been transferred into my mom's name, however her Municipal bill is being addressed to Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes for the past 2 months and full rates is being charged, but my mom received a 100% rates rebate as a pensioner.
