Avoid Stbb at all cost

I wish I could rate 0 stars but it looks like I will settle for the lowest rating. I was stuck with STBB by FNB as my bond attorneys. If I had a choice they would even be in my top 100. Their communication is poor and frustrating. Poor customer care. They don't care because the client is forced upon them by the Bank so they know you're stuck with them. When I asked for a discount they tried to pass of the original invoice as the discounted one only to give me 10% after I asked for both the original and the discounted one. They wanted proof of address I gave them an invoice for where I'm paying rent and my FNB account statement which has the same address but they delayed stating the proof of address needs to be verified by a site visit which even my estate agent has never seen a client experience. They then confirm the site visit and don't show up. now as this same date as the post I'm paying for insurance to a house I don't own yet nor I live in.
