APPALLING SERVICE OR RATHER LACK THEREOF

Utterly appalling service from STBB in Durbanville. I sold my property in July 2018, of which they retained R30K from my proceeds (lawyers from sellers also retained R15K which was handed over to STBB) due to a plan approval glitch which I inherited from my seller at the time. 4 Years later and I am still battling with STBB to get concrete answers as well as my monies owed after multiple pricey deductions, no interest on monies held and no actual breakdown of costs. The only answers ever received are "contents noted". Will definitely never recommend these attorneys or do business of any sort with them.
