Absolutely useless - DO NOT USE EVER
Absolutely useless. If you can avoid using them, do so. Even consider putting it in your sales offer for buying/selling a house. They don't care about completing the work on time and these delays cause both sellers and buyers additional costs.
In my case they caused a 3 week delay for no fault of the buyer, after all the documents were submitted on time and completely. This resulted in R10,000 additional costs for me, the seller.
