Stay Stuck - NO - Stay Away!

Stay away!!! I've ordered labels and made payment on the 16th February 2022. I've received a confirmation email from ***. Today is 28 February 2022. Checking my order online is showing "Payment Pending". Trying to phone results in voicemail and since the 16th Feb I haven't received any emails from Sharlene.
