Take payment but don't deliver ANYTHING

I placed my order on 3 Jan 2022, I made an immediate payment and sent the proof of payment. I haven't hear anything from them. No response on their website, no response on emails and phone number doesn't work. I checked on their facebook page and seems like they have been doing this since last year. They straight up ***** your money. Sad because I used them for the last few years without any problems and suddenly they don't exist but they keep taking customers money.
