Payed for stickes... Still waiting 6 weeks later...

I payed for my order on the 20th of November 2022. They promised to deliver within 7-10 days. I also paid for the courier service. I mailed them on 30 November just to follow up, since I have not received any tracking number. My mail was never answered. I asked about their service on a fb-moms group and 2 other ladies had the same issues and a third told me that she only received het stickets months later in2021. One lady of the moms group contacted me and told me that Stay Stuck mailed her in Dec 2022 and told her that they accidentally messed up her order that she placed on the 30th of November 2022 and will send it by the end of Dec 2022. But it is now January and she is still waiting. I went to their fb-page and wrote on their wall that I am still waiting for feedback regarding my order. A lady then whatsapped me that her child passed away 3 days ago and that she will probably not get to my order soon. It just sounds like a big **** and I asked for a refund and she told me that she will refund me, because not all her customers have the same level of empathy. Really!? If I get my money back, I will update this post, but I am not feeling optimistic. My order was placed middle November. How long can it take to make a few labels and send them to the customer????
