Terrible service

On the 29th of July i ordered a generator online that was marked \load shedding specials""; my folks were really excited and were on their way to collect theres; after i made arrangements with Bonga the store manager at Dunkeld; then i recieved a phone call from Kyle; stating that they wouldnt be able to do the deal because the product had been priced incorrectly. My folks were really disappointed; and i was really embarassed! Anyways Kyle promised that Bonga would call me back urgently with a very fair price. After many emails and 2 days of phone calls i finally got a hold of Bonga but the price had nearly doubled and the generator was out priced compared to market related prices. So i requested a refund and supp**** all of my banking details... To which i got no response; waited another 2 days; after numerous calls; I got a hold of a gentlemen named; Clyde; who promised to sort out the issue immediately and get Bonga to call me back ASAP; another 6 days has gone past and still no response or refund.
