Great service as usual from the team at Stax in Dunkeld, Johannesburg. After almost 30 years of support and have supp**** everything from TV's to ovens the team continues to deliver a personalized service that most online retailers would struggle to match.

In December a Bosch toaster purchased less than 6 months ago failed and the team went out of their way to resolve the problem even though the Bosch service department was closed over the December period and they eventually landed up just replacing the unit in a quick and efficient process, Thanks guys
