Over Promise - Never Deliver

The supplier was placed as the replacement goods supplier for our goods that was ****** from our house. Last week Thursday the communication was done with the supplier to deliver the goods over the weekend. However we were informed that the supplier could not make it the weekend and therefore we asked fro Monday (06/07/2015) however again we were informed that they could only make delivery the 07/07/2015 at 15h00.<br> Today after numerous calls we were informed that they did not have the stock of one item and therefore could not deliver but neither did they call us to inform us accordingly.<br> This has inconvenienced us greatly as we needed to leave work early to be at home due to no communication from the store and we had to phone the store on numerous occasions for feedback.<br> Really unprofessional and very upsetting as we have been awaiting our goods for a long time.
