Not willing to give me my CASH REFUND

I trust that you are well.

Can you please assist me with the following matter? As the above does not want to refund in full for the Hisense 65 inch TV, they insist that we buy a TV from their store which is more expensive than what I have seen at Makro. They said that the supply Hisense said we had to take a TV from them. I called Hisense and they said that is not true as they have credited the store and that it is up to the store to give me a cash refund for my TV.

The Store manager Trevor said that they are not willing to give me a cash refund and that I have to buy a TV from them

Please can you assist urgently?
