New JVC TV not working

I bought a JVC TV from Stax Dunkeld. The TV was less than 3 weeks old and Internet functionality not working. It’s been nearly two weeks since returning it. They tested it and found I was right that it does not work. Rather than replace they been telling me they trying to negotiate with JVC. Supplier relationship should not be customers problem.
