Horrific experience

<p>I am now completely lost on what to do. My posts are removed on FB, no one at the store can assist; either in person or via the phone. I was once a very good customer, have bought all my large appliances at Stax. One fateful day I took my top of the range coffee machine in for a general service, no big deal. Apart from the fact that was over FIVE months ago!!!! I have been to the store every month to inquire, called over 15 times regarding its whereabouts and it seems to have simply disappeared. No one, managers, assistants etc.. Can help nor get back to me? The last time I was promised it was going to be "delivered" in a week, that was a month ago. NOTHING.... I no longer know what to do. Absolutely SHOCKING AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.</p>
