Fantastic service and amazing prices

I happened upon a fantastic special on a television I had been searching for, Stax' website indicated very low stock (unsurprisingly as they were 20% cheaper than the nearest competitor who was also on sale), I took a chance sending a message to the WhatsApp help line and was immediately greeted with fantastic, friendly and efficient service.

Cannot express how thoroughly impressed I am with the service received, the person assisting truly went above and beyond in sourcing my unit (there were 2 left in the country), having it delivered within a day and keeping me informed every step of the way.

If I had any criticism toward the store its that their marketing should be better so that more people can enjoy the experience I've had. Stax has got a new dedicated customer.
