Denon AVR - X2700H Order from Stax

I had ordered an AVR from Stax on 12th of July.

I had not received any indication that the order had been accepted etc. and sent an email to the online team (***) via the contact option on the website.

The afternoon of the next day I had received correspondence to let me know they are awaiting the payment to reflect.

The 14th of July the order was shipped with MDS (Collivery).

I had also requested a custom invoice that I had received the next day.

The 18th of July I had received my order in great condition, sealed box and all.

So it was great service from Stax, The only thing I wish was different, was the confirmation received when placing an online order.
