Awaiting a refund ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give no stars, I would... ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from start right up until refund, which I am still waiting for. Order placed on the 15th of June with no feedback, no order confirmation. I had to continuously follow up, eventually on the 18th of June I requested a refund, to which I was told it would be processed. To date still waiting. Both Stefan & the so called store manger Bruno give no feedback or refund. Its an absolute disgrace to your brand.
