A big thank you to Andre from Stax Dunkeld, who helped me telephonically to self-service my old Bosch fridge. Andre you provided me with excellent advice (it turns out the model was recalled and I've been charged by unscrupullous providers a fortune to fix, e.g., Linden Appliances on 3-4 occassions and all that was involved was a simple defrost).
