WORST online experience

Purchased Defy Sandwich Maker online for collection on the 5th of December. Received email response that the item is out of stock and supplier is also out of stock. I requested the item be refunded, days gone by after numerous emails requesting an update on my refund with no success. On the 14th of December I received an email stating that I've been refunded, but no funds reflected. Today on the 19th of Decemeber "14 DAYS" later i still have not received my refund on the item. And was told they would have a look at it....Absolutely shocked by the customer service or lack thereof. Will never shop with Stax or recommend them to anyone
