Poor Customer Service

I had the worst experience at Stax Woodlands, Pretoria East through your manager. We bought a TV in November 2022. The TV fails 2024.03.23 and I went back for support as per warranty my challenge I couldn't find the slip. After a year the TV fails (does not switch on). I have provided the bank statement to prove that we bought the TV with woodlands mall Stax and its still under warranty. Manager refused to assist, told us the stax system server trashed and they have lost all data and the manager called Jaco bold to say “your responsibility to keep the slip”. In this day and age with all the technology to keep a slip for 2-4 years warranty. Paper do fade and get lost. This means I will never buy anything from your store again. Believe me, if I was off different race, the treatment and customer service will have been different! We waited for the manager to attend to us. The shop salesman had to walk and called him twice to that he can speak to us.
