Horrible service and ****med

I bought a iron a month ago and didnt use it as i was preparing to use it at my new place when i opened it found it broken and used as if another customer had returned it when I took it back to the a lady by the name of Rita at the Woodlands branch was so rasiscs the didn't even greet me or even attempt to have a conversation with me she ignored me flat as if I was not standing there with a consultant. I had to stop her as she was about to walk away she then took the iron and said she is going to ask someone , when she came back she told me that they can take it for a repair on a fee I was so angry a whole used iron and a broken one qt that I paid a full price didn't even blink m never buying anything at stax
