Bully Tactics

<p>My mother age 77 was bul**** into purchasing a box of 40 printer ribbons from them, when in fact she still had 8 and only uses 1 in 2 years or there about, and if they looked at their records they would see this. George, the sales consultant, then refused to deal with me altho I am the Office Administrator for her business and they have refused to take the stock back, but I am sending it and will NOT pay the account. I will find another supplier should we need one for these ribbons.</p>
