Unprofessional and unfair municipal charges

This company is the worst rental company. When i started applying for the flat and moving in they would respond to emails and even call you to follow up. Once we had moved in things changed, the taps were leaking, only fixed after i received my first bill. When i queried about the extreme water charges noone could come back to us with proper feedback. The cupboards were broken and were promised someone would come and fix the. There were hidden costs which were never included within the lease such as gas. Still when we sent numerous emails noone was responding. I can never recommend this company as they are **********, all they know is to over charge municipal charges are extremely unreasonable, the water charges came up to almost 1000 for less then 20 days for 3 people.

I want my deposit returned as they are ****** and vert unprofessional.
