Unprofessional

This is so annoying where you have to always follow up on your money the people are always on lunch and don't give feedback, I've been waiting for my Deposit money .and been taken to pillar to post, Elaine dont read Email , Poppie dent reply but when they want the money they are vey quick to send emails. I want my Deposit money back.
