Unnecessary Charges on Accounts

I don't even know where to begin.

We rented a property from status mark in December and things were fine.

So our first debit order bounced due to salary only being transferred in later the day that tried to debit. We got charged so much for a bounced debit order fee due to non payment, we got charged for calls that were made to us that were not even answered. We got charged for emails that were sent to us.

We received our bill for March and now being charged electricity meter reading. I don't know where they come in these charges because they were not even on our previous bill.

The care takers of the complex cannot even see to concerns that we have on time.

I don't recommend renting a property from status mark as it comes with too many issues.
