Terrible / ******* / Sly / No communication skills/ Letting Agents

I honestly regretting not reading on Hello Peter first about this agency. And every review that I have read is completely true. They are a bunch of *******, taking every penny they possibly can from you!

From the get go I should of realised how pathetic they were when I could not get through to the agent advertising the property, but because we so desparately wanted to move, we looked it over.

Then because it was lockdown we were unable to view the property before we were approved for it. This property was advertised as 'newly renovated'? SUCH A LIE!!! the bathroom floor was lifting due to water damage, water bubbles in the walls, coakroaches on top of the geyser, tiles missing, the place was completely dirty, they did not even clean the place and I bet we are going to be charged for the cleaning if this place!!!

Then lets not even talk about their LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!! You will be lucky if you get any sort of response within a week! and there is no apology either for the delay.

When we moved in people were moving out and that was the first sign, within four months of staying in their Florida units everyone left, we are 3 remaining tenants with the rest vacating this month as well.

Please people it is very important, investigate letting agents properly before you just sign with them , no matter how desparate you might be!

DO not rent anything by RENT-A-PROPERTY!!!!
