Terrible Pathetic service

<p>Status mark has a bunch of arrogant rude people working there. Theresa, Poppie, Loanie..... they are extremely rude and don't do their job properly. They treat clients as if they are doing them a favour. Every time we call then Theresa is on an hour lunch, the service is pathetic! Extremely disappointed and frustrated as this happens every time i call in. I give this service -5 stars</p>
