Status Mark/ RENT-A-PROPERTY are dangerous, put the tenants 'lives at risk, unprofessional, *****, and they rob their tenants of their deposit

Status Mark is refusing to pay my deposit back after the ceiling collapsed and almost killed my niece. When I moved in the apartment was dirty, not painted, windows not being able to close and open, cupboards dirty, wardrobes dirty and stained, the apartment not even swept. I had to hire people to clean the place for me and fix the taps, broken window glass replaced. Not only that I was charged to move in on the 1st of January but they only handed over the keys to the me on the 5th. My business laptop was ******, the ceiling was only fixed after 3 weeks of collapsin. I was living in fear because even the bedroom ceiling was separated showing that it need a fixing as well which the did not fix. My couches were damaged by water and the carpets. It affected my health and they didn't care. The have sent the people to repair the ceiling after I asked to move out as I feared for my life and my health and for the lives of my loved ones and after my furniture was damaged by the rain and dust. As if that was not enough they left my furniture stained by paint and dust which I had to pay people to clean again. Then my business laptop went missing and they ignored my calls afterwards. I am disappointed on this company especially Poppie Ncube, Elaine Nel and Rene. Now they refuse to pay my deposit. My car was scratched, dented at the complex by the kids and one of the trustees and nothing was done about.
