Status Mark: A how to lose business guide by blocking CLIENTS !!!

I've never really liked Managing agents but Status Mark takes the cake.

Received an email today at 12:36 advising all owners of "Debt Collection Procedures" Which I rep****: Noted

Only to receive a msg that my reply email had been blocked?? What the hell??

I forward all the correspondence to the *** email - and AGAIN received a msg that my email had been blocked????

I then phoned the Ruimsig office - 1st call was dropped and the second was answered. I couldn't UNDERSTAND a single word she spoke. Then starts hassling me when I ask for a manager for a complaint???

HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STATUS MARK - what if all owners BLOCK YOU!!!

In fact I will table the request to change managing agents - or better we can run our own complex! Cut out the commission payment all together!! Money better in our own pocket
