Security gate no eye

It started as I became owner of the property March this year. I had to drag out of them how much I needed to pay and whio is working with all the maintenance. Swazi was quick to reply he is the person that attends to maintenance but is not since 30 April that I sent the list of complains and questions - And again the gate without an eye (and this time my car looks BADDD!!) 2 Panels need to be attended to and the rear view mirrow as well. - Wich I could load the pictures of the damamge of the car and as well the state of the complex!! The Trustees are 3 of which 2 is a landlord and the landlords tenant - therefor - What do I doo?? Is the EEAB the best to get them to wake up and get things done? I know for sure I am sending the bill for the 2 panels of my car to them - as it is the second tie that this gate dented the cat by just closing and not stopping. <br> <br> How can a managing agency get paid if they ignore the owners of the complex on requests of maintenance - like off gyutters, missing palesades, blocked draines - reception doors thsat do not close, loose wirters avery where, walls falling over , and more!
