RENT-A-PROPERTY - LACK INTEGRITY AND BUSINESS ETHICS

I rented two (2) units from Rent-A-Property. When I entered into the rental agreement, I assumed the representatives of the company is operating with INTEGRITY. I signed two(2) lease agreements during 2020, a year where we have all been challenged financially. At first I had to forfeit my refund, although it was a month - month agreement. Given the convenience for my employees, I entered into another lease agreement with the company during the month of August 2020. Deposits were paid, lease agreement issued, monthly payments were done timeously. At the beginning of November 2020 I gave notice to vacate the premises at the end of November 2020. We are entering the third month and NO DEPOSIT REFUND has yet been received. The condition which the investigating representative, confirmed that the unit was left in a much better state than previously. I provided on request a dispute and disparity report. STILL NO REFUND. This people is a total rip-off. I have honoured my part of the agreement and they refuse to refund me in full. There are charges which they themselves cannot give account to. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have referred the matter to the TRIBUNAL as well and will also refer it to other media sources.
