RENT

I rented a townhouse in a estate through Koris Developers in August 2014, we then moved in . Paid our rent to them without fail , six months in contract with they hired Status Mark to be their agent, since they have taken over its been hell. With the first people we agreed on the following , waste bin ,burglar gates and hanging washing line and Status Mark was informed but nothing has been done, we use tags to grant access to the Estate our tags are deactivated due to Status Mark not paying levies to body corporates and we pay them in full this has been happening for the past three months now after we fought with them again . The tags only worked for a month. I refuse to pay Feb rent because their are receiving their commission while we aren't look after
