Poor service & ******

Last month Status mark announced that their system was hacked, all of sudden am in arrears with my levies, when did I accumulate the arrears they don’t know. They can’t trace it and again they don’t want to go back to their books and check. Alexandra Cloete (Vensi) she didn’t even bother to follow up on my case maybe because they know what they are trying to achieve or cover. I showed them a practical example that even a person who did not do accounting will know, a balance brought forward must be added onto your total due on their financial statement is not the case. Again I tried to make them aware that maybe the confusion might have occurred last month because sent us two statements, one with special levies and the other one without special levies perhaps they might have billed me twice hence it shows that am in arrears, they don’t want to go back and check where they went wrong. If you are going to appoint Status mark as a body corporate these are the issues you will be faced with.
