Poor service I have received, actually no service or assistance regarding anything

<p>I have sent numerous emails with no response, I have not been attended to once as it is so difficult to get any assistance at all and it almost feels like the arrangements are deliberately made to inconvenience me regarding the last minute mails after I attempt to follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been a few months now. No one follows up regarding important matters which I have asked to be addressed several times, very disappointing and upsetting!!!</p> <p> </p>
