Pathetic

Pathetic, very quick to write final demand letters. They do adjustments on accounts just to pay you with another correction the next month. This with costs for your account and interest you pay on your own money at a rate of 24%, R24 for an e-mail, which they send out every day at this cost and R3.50 for a sms which also send out. They are ridiculous!
