No customer service

During the application process of renting a property through Status Mark rent a property I was contacted constantly with regards to the application form, when payment would be made and the lease agreement. But come time for the key to be handed over was another story. They were adiment that I have to collect the keys from the offices and that it can't be delivered to me at the rented property. I requested directions to the offices as I'm not from Johannesburg and therefore don't know the area neither do I have a car so I'd have to use public transport. I requested directions on Friday afternoon with no response, I sms'd the agent that showed the place to me without any response, I emailed twice on Monday without a reply and when I eventually called the offices I was told that she doesn't know how to give directions well and I should use a gps. When I explained my situation she said someone would phone me with directions to which I requested they be emailed.I waited 2 hours for that email and when I phoned back at 4:30pm the voice recordings informed me that the offices close at 4pm yet in a previous email she advised me that offices hours where mon-thurs: 8:30-17:00 I am disgusted
