My worst nightmare, worst agency ever!!!

Status Mark Rental when am I getting my deposite. Chantell and *** is not responding to my emails, I left their property 30th August and they are good at ignoring emails their landline no one picks it up. You fail at customer service once a person request to move out of your properties you treat then like your enemies, communication and treatment changes, I would never recommend them there's nothing good about them, they have redeculas charges, they charge you even for your own items they demand it's their items, if they can just give me my deposite I can't be doing follow up with no response, the are a worst agency that I have ever met in my life 👎👎👎👎
