I have asked questions and requested documentation. Because I dare question certain things, I have now been restricted on We-Connect-U. This is against the STSMA. Any owner has a right to ask questions and to ask for documentation. It is in our own interests to make sure everything is correct. I have been labelled as a trouble maker because I ask questions.

Tamsen is extremely rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. She claims I am taking on the role of a trustee by asking questions and asking for answers. I am not entitled to these answers. For example, I asked if our gardener is registered with UIF and Workman's Compensation. This is in the interest of both the gardener and the complex. If he is not registered the body corporate could be fined. But no, I am not allowed to know.

I cannot speak for the rest of the company, But my experience with Status mark has been very distressing. We have put our property on the market because we cannot handle this disregard for the rights of owners and the STSMA.
