Disgusting Service from STATUS MARK

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I rented an apartment managed by status mark for 2 years. The was apartment was a s*** hole to say the least. Lots of broken stuff e.g. dirty walls, dirty bathhroom tub, toilet seat, kitchen wall, tiles etc.</p> <p>Requests for them to come fix things that were falling apart fell on deaf ears. They ignored my pleas totally.</p> <p>I finally got fed out up and moved out .When I moved out I left the place in a much better state than I found it. </p> <p>Now Status Mark is refusing to give me my deposit back claiming that they ''fixed'' things that I suppossedly damaged.</p> <p>They are charging me for installation of taps heads THAT WERE WHEN I MOVED OUT. </p> <p>The funny part is that the so called ''damages'' are exactly equal to the deposit that I paid when I moved in. Will never deal with Status Mark again, their bussiness is s*** </p>
