Deposit dispute

On the 30 Aug 2017 an inspection was done after notice to move out was handed in. On 02 Oct 2017 the final inspection was done, however I'm being charged ridiculous amounts for things that I fixed. "Holes where paintings was hanging was fixed and painted, Status Mark is charging me R750.00, small poly filla mark R750.00, 1 Wall ***** R750.00, 1 cupboard *****, R250.00. for 1 knob on the toilet seat 1 chipped out, R250.00 and the list goes on and on. R50.00 for slight water marks on shower tap, R50.00 a lot of ridiculous things that was cleaned. I moved out end of Sept 2017 and left the unit in an excellent condition as per the agent who did the final inspection.Kyla is not very helpful and doesn't reply on the day to emails. I'm still waiting for my deposit refund what she thinks I should get. Final total deductions adds up to R 3245.04. Is this right?
